The problem with other portable laptops nowadays is that manufacturers are making them so “portable” that they are getting smaller and smaller. With the Asus EE PC and the HP 2133 Mini-Note, it seems like the name of the game now is to make your laptop smaller.
However, although I love a very light weight laptop, I still would like to have a laptop that is very easy to use for my very big and stocky hands.
That is why I am very comfortable with my ESPRIMO Mobile V55335. This laptop has a 15.4 wide screen and at the same time, it has an Intel Dual Core processor, beating Intel Celeron and Intel Atom processors of those miniature laptops.
The ESPRIMO Mobile V55335 has a 120 Gigabyte hard drive that can house all of your precious pictures and multimedia files fairly easily. And for you to make back up CD’s and DVD’s, you can make use of the DVD burner drive.
Most of the miniature notebooks now would only have a Linux OS. Linux is respectable and easy to use however being a MS Windows baby from the very start, it was very easy for me to use the ESPRIMO Mobile V55335 compared to other laptops that use Linux OS or even Mac OS.
Fujitsu may not be best known for its laptops but its ESPRIMO Mobile V55335 is a very decent laptop from this manufacturer. To top it off, the price of this laptop is very wallet friendly, enabling you to buy a good working laptop at the price similar to the mini-notes.

The laptop world was taken by a storm by the Asus Eee PC. It started the miniature notebook sensation, giving a cheaper alternative for those wanting to have a portable laptop, but can only afford so much. Some industry standards for laptops may be forgotten with these miniature laptops but they are easily forgiven.
HP decided to join the mini-note wars in the 1st quarter of 2008. This introduced the HP 2133 Mini-Note PC. This laptop is at a very portable 9 inches and it has this sexy alloy chasis and it has a better feel to it, compared to the plastic casing of the Asus Eee PC.
Some are turned off by the HP 2133 Mini-Note PC’s processor because it only has a VIA C7 at 1.6 Gigahertz because they are saying that it would have been immensely better to have an Intel Atom processor. Although I am a fan of this laptop, it would have been better to have a better processor, at the expense of having to pay more.
The HP 2133 Mini-Note PC wins the mini-notebook wars in terms of its keyboard. Most small notebooks are only comfortable use by humans aged 10 or below because of its very small keys. But HP remedies this by having no unused space at the edges of the laptop. The keyboard tray of the HP 2133 Mini-Note PC spills until the edge of the computer, giving you more keyboard space. Say goodbye to having to retype almost all your words because of too small keyboards.
